are being across several fields of industry like smart cities, oil and gas refineries, manufacturing and agriculture with a purpose to collect, monitor and provide remotely data for the various events. The aim of this research study is focused on proposing a model of Cyber Security standards for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based on the latest Cyber Security threats, attacks, frameworks etc. A systematic literature review is conducted to collect and process data which provide information about actual solutions. In order to have a viewpoint and information about this, data belonging to the last five years from well-known publishers IEEE Xplore, Springer, DL ACM and Elsevier, moreover the frameworks and white papers of latest industrial trends developments. The processed information in research papers shows that there is an opportunity to have a model which advanced the security level and industrial safety at IIoT. The exploration process in papers provide information from related researches by systematically reviewed where findings specified are discussed and have conclusion.
